here are two topics for all of you stay at official event hotels:
1. Please go asap to reception to pay your extra within today 1st November. Don’t wait for tomorrow morning. It would mean to generate bottleneck and keep shuttle bus waiting. Every shuttle bus must leave on time as scheduled
2. Tonight you will find in your hotel room a meal package to be used during your traveling. They will be delivered according to information we received from you about your leaving on 2nd or 3rd November
