Please read the following carefully. It has been prepared to help you reach the gaming venue and return to your hotel in the most efficient and effective way possible.
The procedure is the same for anyone staying at either hotel.
The fundamental requirement is punctuality. The waiting time before the bus departs is 5 minutes.
Electronic devices are not permitted in the gaming area, but as you will be away from your hotel for the entire afternoon, the reception desk at the Grand Hotel Costa Brada has agreed to store your mobile phones. A valid ID must be presented in order to retrieve your phone.
– 2:00 p.m.: first departure of a 50-seat shuttle bus from Hotel Bellavista to Grand Hotel Costa Brada
– 2:00 p.m.: first departure of a 50-seat shuttle bus from Joli Park Hotel to Grand Hotel Costa Brada
– 2:30 p.m.: second departure of a 50-seat shuttle bus from Hotel Bellavista to Grand Hotel Costa Brada
– 2:30 p.m.: second departure of a 50-seat shuttle bus from Joli Park Hotel to Grand Hotel Costa Brada
Return: Every 30 minutes starting at 5:00 p.m. and continuing until 9:00 p.m., a 20-seat shuttle bus will operate on the following route: Ecoresort Le Sirenè, Joli Park Hotel, Hotel Palazzo del Corso, Hotel Bellavista Club.
Transfers will therefore be available at the following times: 5 p.m./5.30 p.m./6 p.m./6.30 p.m./7 p.m./7.30 p.m./8 p.m./8.30 p.m./9 p.m.
Any player who completes their match after 9:00 pm may contact the logistics manager, Polina Moskvina, via direct message on the tournament dedicated WhatsApp group (find the invitation to join below in this page) and request a FREE transfer by taxi.
Any transfer to the official hotels (or other destinations) requested by a player who has not completed their match after 9:00 pm can be arranged and charged, for a fee, by contacting the reception desk of their hotel.
As regards the last round on 1st November, the entire procedure will be brought forward by one hour, as the daily round is scheduled for 2 p.m., so transfers to the venue will be at the following times:
– 1.00 p.m. first departure of a 50-seater shuttle bus from Hotel Bellavista to Grand Hotel Costa Brada
– 1:00 p.m. first departure of a 50-seat shuttle bus from Joli Park Hotel to Grand Hotel Costa Brada
– 1:30 p.m. second departure of a 50-seat shuttle bus from Hotel Bellavista to Grand Hotel Costa Brada
– 1:30 p.m. first departure of a 50-seat shuttle bus from Joli Park Hotel to Grand Hotel Costa Brada
